Great point and great find! The Ronnie myth is dispelled even more! Everyone is beatable, Ronnie's legacy will be in the shadows of another great bodybuilder one day, just face it.

OR they gave Jay the win last year because EVERYONE was saying how predictable bodybuilding was getting with Ronnie and then Jay got an upset...which poised them to make a Jay/Ronnie battle this year, which they feel the fans will now think is anyones game...but then they give it to Ronnie and he gets a new hero story of the most winningest Mr. Olympia making a comeback and reclaiming his title then Jay fades away after that and the reigns go to someone new next year. Jay was the sacrifice.

I'm not ignoring anything...you are forgetting how that game works. Plain and simple.

Ronnie won't win, plain and simple, there are too many things for him to overcome. Now had he taken time off and rested for a year, then I think he would have a better shot. But maybe winning 8 in a row has made him delusional about the situation and circumstances he's in.

The way the game works is Ronnie will be used to hype of this year's contest, and that's it.
