In an startling getbig experiment I straightened my hair last night before going to dinner w/hub and some neighbors.

Hub asked what I had done w/my hair.  I said I straightened it and asked him if he liked it.  He said he hadn't decided yet.  (later he called me "limp hair")

Meanwhile at dinner our neighbor (the husband) commented on my hair.  It wasn't to say that he liked it better straight but to say that he wanted me to grow out my bangs.  He said he wanted to see my forehead.     lol

Keep in mind when we ordered drinks the neighbor man ordered 2 beers at once.  Very efficient.

Funny, I thought Katherine Macphee's hair looked better in the 1^st. pic.

She also came across (to me) as more attractive in that one as well, ...more like a real woman,
as opposed to an unreal stiff mannequin impression she gave in the 2^nd. pic.

I have to wholeheartedly disagree with SF. The one thing every woman can do to improve her looks is to become comfortable in her own skin.
