I'm 35, 6' and ~ 200 lbs. Not sure on bodyfat (I avoid the scale and measurements these days), but decently low; abs are showing a bit. In my 20's I did just about everything out there except insulin. I had about 25+ more pounds of muscle.
Even though I don't have the same goals anymore, my diet is still very, very strict to maintain near my genetic muscle max.
As for goals, I'm married and a professional these days. So, I don't want to get much bigger. I just want to add a maximum of 10 lbs muscle and lose 5 - 10 lbs of bodyfat to 'stay in shape.'
I also have a huge genetic response to gear. If I did the cycle mentioned above, I would easily put on 15 lbs of muscle due to response and muscle memory.
So, I was thinking more along the lines of either a winny (50 mg EOD) or low level tren (which i have never done) cycle with some clen and T3. I probably don't even need the T3, but it makes it so much easier
