I just want to be at or slightly above my genetic potential muscle wise, and leaner than I can get naturally.  I really don't care about carrying around a lot of muscle anymore. What cycle/combo would you recommend?

I have my opinion, but want to hear others.

Need some details..... The stated goals are too vague... Also where your at to start matters...
Have you used AAS before... etc...   Height/ weight, strength, any particular sport your training?

Age, yrs of training experience....?

With that goal in mind I would do 500mg Test/wk for 12 weeks and 50mg of Winstrol ED for 6 weeks.  The winstrol cannot aromatize and has natural anti progestin properties so you won't gain a lot of water weight, you can further reduce any water weight from the test by taking nolvadex @ 10-20mg ED during the cycle as well as PCT.  That is a pretty simple and solid way to gain some mass while keeping off weight giving a more cut look, without having to actually cut.  There are many things you could add to this for better results depending on how complex you want to get, but from what you are describing I think this would suit you well.

Your genetic potential has not been resolved as of yet.....

It's something you will never realize until late twenties at the very earliest.

What trab, rdw and div said....however, isn't that why we cycle to gain more muscle? HHHmmmm??? You won't be Jay Cutler overnight.

Not necessarily, babyB.

Some cycle just to maintain a lifestyle, an active one, balancing that with a full-time job is hard.

At times I realize that my cycles are mainly to keep my nitrogen balance in the black instead of going catabolic due to my lifestyle.

I work long days three out of seven and that really wears thin, esp for a powerlifter.

TRUE and it goes back to needing more info from him  (goals, activites, age, etc)

Just slap an IV of food on your back so you can feed all day Div.

What RDW said would work well for you. The only change I'd make is I'd use an AI like arimidex or letrozol instead...but either way will work.

As for leaning out more, it sounds like you're wanting to do both lean out and put on more size at the same time. Possible? Yes, but not efficient IMO. Pick one or the other and then do the other. If you do need to lean out, rely on diet and cardio for the staple of the plan. Dieting drugs do help, but not unless the other 2 factors are in play and organized. If this is the case, and diet is in check, things like clen and even over the counter things like Lipolyze would help. As for other over the counter fat burners, I'm not a big fan of most of these because they are stimulant based. When this is the case, this can reek havoc on your cortisol levels...not good.

I'm 35, 6' and ~ 200 lbs.  Not sure on bodyfat (I avoid the scale and measurements these days), but decently low; abs are showing a bit. In my 20's I did just about everything out there except insulin.  I had about 25+ more pounds of muscle. 

Even though I don't have the same goals anymore, my diet is still very, very strict to maintain near my genetic muscle max.

As for goals, I'm married and a professional these days.  So, I don't want to get much bigger.  I just want to add a maximum of 10 lbs muscle and lose 5 - 10 lbs of bodyfat to 'stay in shape.' 

I also have a huge genetic response to gear.  If I did the cycle mentioned above, I would easily put on 15 lbs of muscle due to response and muscle memory. 

So, I was thinking more along the lines of either a winny (50 mg EOD) or low level tren (which i have never done) cycle with some clen and T3.  I probably don't even need the T3, but it makes it so much easier  ;D

You know that winny tren combo may be tough on your sex life...tren can shut you down hard. Most guys should never run tren without test but that doesn't mean it can't be done. I know a few guys who do this no problem, but they always add in proviron to the mix to help out, as you should if you go that route.

What instead about a very low dose of test-prop, I'm talking HRT levels, along with the rest of the stuff you want to do.

Yeah, 100 - 200 mg of test per week would work fine.  I am partially just curious how I would react to Tren.
