What they did was wrong Are you not reading my posts? I am defensing them against accusations that they have cheated there way into everything they have done. I am also defending them against people who are going WAY overboard about this. Acting like this is some new phenomenon. Zack Thomas openly bragged about stealing Tom Brady's audibles last year when they shit the pats out at Foxboro. They got those audibles of a illegal tape. Where was the outrage? First of all Mangini was the defensive coordinator for the patriots when they won all those sb's. By default he is a cheater right? The guy got a head coaching job due to Bill bringing him in the league and teaching him. The pats didn't even use that tape vs the jets. It was confiscated before they saw it.
If the pats cheated so much why did the colts score so many points on them in the second half. They ob knew what was coming right? I get it the colts are all superhuman and can defy knowing all there plays.
If you get technial about the rule it says no video taping machines can be used for a game in progress. Does not say you cant tape and use them later on to try and figure out a teams tendancies while scouting. An ob loophole many are speculating the pats where trying to exploit. A big mistake and a dumb screw up. This is nothing new, Sign stealing goes on every single time to teams play.
