Chris has the structure and size to beat anyone his main problem was conditioning he nails that he can beat the best of them.

  Chris has a perfect skeleton and, at his best, has great muscle fullness and symmetry. However, Chris has a tendency of coming in flat and soft to contests. The muscle flatness is partially the result of his lack of muscle: the guy is lazy. He also has the tendency to store water, so he needs to watch his Sodium before a contest with extra care.

You cats are forgetting that he has to beat Darrem Charles today. In his prime he would wipe Darrem up, but Darrems been prepping for this contest since his second in Colorado, and I know he will be the most ripped up there. He's gonna have his hands full today.

Cormier has been busting his ass in the gym for the last several months (I train at gold's, so I have witnessed it). However, he might just be too old to overcome the effects of age and half-assing it for the past couple of years
