yes i did, 80% saponin..... was great the first time, after that, the body seems to adapted, so, nothing.

i don't know about that new formula?

I tried this stuff in my first training year when I had no access to roids yet. Didn't notice shit, except that my wallet weighed a lil less afterwards........
