I actually just started taking it a few days ago.  No jitters and good energy so far.  I noticed that I also sweat a lot more than usual.  The one thing that really sticks out though is that I am never hungry.  It seems to be really good at killing your appetite (which I guess is good if you are dieting).  Before I started taking it I noticed that for breakfast I always used to be really hungry (I don't have carbs before I go to sleep and usually do 1/2 hr of cardio before breakfast).  However after taking Lipo 6x even after fasting for so long (between bedtime and breakfast) its an effort to stuff down that first meal when I wake up.  Usually I am crazy hungry in the morning, but now I don't even feel like eating.  As far as fat loss is concerned I'll keep you updated, too short to tell if its working.  Other than that thumbs up so far.

have to agree with that! We could all have large post counts if we added more and more senseless posts!

LIPO-6 is not bad.
I know a few people who have tried it and most have given positive feedback.
The trouble is that some people have a adverse reaction to the ALA in it and get headaches.

With that out of my system, I've tried Lipo6x and, much like Az, found myself sweating quite a bit within an Hour of taking it ... great stuff, and I got great results from it as well ( this is assuming you WILL be on a very strict Diet as well as Cardio regime as I was ) ! Right now, however, I've started the EC stack and am curious to see what that will do for me. It's ( the EC Stack ... A IF you want the Asprin ) about $ 60 or so cheaper ... at least from my experience.

EC is cheaper and time tested.

Lipo 6 has better marketing...

Strict diet and cardio will do more then any supplement... that's why they're called supplements

ephedrine, ephedrine, ephedrine, nothing burns fat like good ol ephedrine. Synthetic or the plant extracts. But..... As so far my customers are diggin the lipo6. Its a solid ephedra free. Added gugglesterones, time release (which is actually quite cool and does work) helps to prevent crash. Just know that synephrine is not ephedrine and never will be. Lipo6 is a strong stimulant and prob the best mainstream EF fat burner out besides AlRI's venom.

I have to agree with this..knowing what we know about ECA, why would you opt for something that everyone agrees is inferior and and more expensive?

from what I am reading straight ephedra (if you can get it) is more effective than ephedrine (easily obtained)

even though ephedrine is the active ingredient in ephedra...go figure..

It was the only fat burner that I used for my contest this year.  I liked it.  It was good for energy levels before cardio.
