Are you trying to say Wolf currently carries as much muscle as Jay pound for pound? I'm saying he's a young guy and has a little growing to do before he can step up and wear the crown.
maybe not weight wise but his physique gives him the illusion of being bigger than he is...his small waist wide shoulders and outer sweep make him look amazing
