First of all, let me say i goddamn love it. mine anyway. whether working in the yard or working out in the gym it makes me feel alive. i know it isnt the best indicator of a "good workout" but damnit if i don't feel really good after sweating my ass off for a good hour or 2.
I guess its probably impossible to measure or compare but how much is normal? Today i seemed to sweat A LOT. dripping off my face in multiple drips to the floor/bench/seat of whatever device i was working out on. i wonder if i sweat more if i eat crappy food like veggie burgers during the day? hmm
