Conditioning is a matter of timing.

Actually developing large muscles takes years of hard effort.
Ruhl takes him by virtue of this alone. Sorry this isn't a contest to see who can take the most lasix.

Moving the show permanently to Vegas... has it been a good move?  Easier for the regulars to attend every year, make plans, etc.  Becomes a tradition.  But, loses some worldwide appeal this way too, given the political climate and the way some feel about America at the moment
