Jay's physique got the same complaints last year, but he was hailed a saint

Now this year he is being villified for those SAME weaknesses.

All I heard last year (and not just from this board) was that he was going to do so much for BB, he was going to take it mainstream, he was the great white hope.  None of that happened.

Now this year people are bagging on him.

I like the guy personally, because I like how he is very friendly to fans and competitors.  He is one of the only pro's I know who will go backstage at a show and talk to each competitor and encourage them. I think that's very admirable.

But physique wise...not into him and he has no stage presence.

I just don't understand it.  People said the same stuff about him last year, but he was the popular choice to dethrone Ronnie because he was last year's villain.

People were rooting for Jay last year because he was the most likely successor to Ronnie and they were tired of Ronnie.

Now that Ronnie is no longer a threat they realize exactly how horrible Cutler's physique is.

And they are pissed off because he was given a gift last night.

I agree with everything you said, but I agree with this the most. 

People seem to find a new villain every year.  Even Arnold was a villain.
