one word on cardio,,, do as much as it takes, weather that means 3 times per day just do whatever it takes till you have nothin left on u... most people are still fat a week out and falsely beleive they are holding water and the diuretics and carb loading will do somthing magical to them... it wont and youl cry you were holding water, which is utter crap
take any fat burner u like, but its the cardio and diet that will get u peeled and thats 1st hand experience of me and everyone i know
got to add,, u wanna be on solid meals everymeal from around 4 weeks out, all your gear should be fast acting too
