Jay, was a tad off and not as sharp from the back as last yr. His quads and calfs however were dead on and looked incredible from what I saw ( I wasn't there, just pics and web shots, etc).
Overall mass and shape with decent muscularity makes him a decent winner, it was VERY close in my opinion between Jay/ Dex/ Wolf and Victor. He could have placed anywehre from 1st to 4th on my card.
Victor looked big and wide but like Jay was just a tad off compared to his best previous outings.
He was better from the back than Jay and looked incredible in his side shots. Based only the pics I would have given Vic the nod over Jay.
Ronnie - has seen better days. Ok,nuff said, to this once great Olympian, sadly age/wear and tear, has finally caught up with this legend. The size and overall muscularity were still there but the overall shape and separation may be gone for good. 4th was a gift in my opinion.
Wolf- Maybe the best BIG man now overall when in top shape. His back and calfs lack (compared to the other top guys) but his sharp lines and incredible V taper make him a definite Mr O , top tier pro. I would have had him first overall just ahead of Vic and then Dex perhaps with Jay 4th...hmmmm, hard to say from the "web seats" however.
Dex- I am major fan of this guys physique. Dex looked complete , balanced and hard as nails ( as usual).
I would like to hear more about how he looked on stage at this O. He tends to impress MORE when viewed live on stage than in mere pics for some reason.
David Henry- Maybe the best overall "pound for pound" physique in the pros today. Of course Silvio may also feel he can make that claim
Ronnie Rockel- Looked great from the front and side, but back shots looks off and lacking depth as well.
Darrem- wtf? he looked hard but flat as hell. What happened?
Gustavo - too bloated and blocky now.
