He might have won the Mr. Olympia but he sure did not have the best body. Both Martinez and Wolf had much better, complete physiques.

he had excess skin on his lower back
in his most muscular pose, no seperation between pecs and front delts
lack of seperation between front, side and rear deltoids
lack of seperation between the two heads of the bicep
very little peak on his biceps
entire upperbody was smooth
wide waist compared to Wolf and Martinez
Overall jay's condition looked off season
I'm not sure why Jay won, but it is very obvious that he was given a gift which by the way he did NOT earn. Bottom line is Cutler has an ugly build and did not deserve even top 5 placement.
