I have read many here use injectable b12 along with the cycle? Whats the benefit?  :-\

Helps thin some thick oil products, easier to push thru needle.
ALso  for appetite.
You may want to limit 1st shot attempts to Delts, at 1cc and use a 1" 25ga.
It takes a bit to get used to give self shots, shame to waste good juice by messing up a shot.
It takes a bit to get used to them, but then its easy.

It can also deminish the pain of painful products (i.e. prop, sust).

it's good stuff but my only complaint is it's red. it's hard to tell if I'm pulling in blood when i aspirate because of the red B12, but i make due.
