ALL FOOD IS ALKALINE HIGH INSULIN SUGARS or FATS ECT

its only a problem if the system has too much at one time, this problem is QUICKLY resolved through working out. you wont weigh less but you will be all muscle and dont have to diet

balance is key fat is probably the lowest on the calorie source but you still need plenty of it

heres an article on topical insulin that accelerated wound healing

yeah duh i know its topical but just think key word  is 'healing' you  tear down your muscles sleeping minimally and eat plentifully you can be ripped and big without dieting, just simply keeping pace physically activily wise on par with eating wisely

the key is to not have super saturated levels of nutrients, its okay however if you are working out
