how effective of a replacement is benadryl for ketotifen?

been looking for info and cant find much on this
1.Use ketotifen!!!
2.When you on clen. take keto. when you off dont take it depends on your cycle!!!
3.Take 1-3mg before sleeping,depends on your cycle!!!
4. As long as you are taking ketotifen, it will continue to clean receptors,theoretical!!!
