For me, it'd have to be Ronnie Coleman, Victor, or Gunter.  Maybe heath too.

If you get a chance to see Jay , he is a class act and is decent shape at most guest posing.
Well worth the ticket at a regional NPC show to see him guest pose.

Dexter will most likely be in the best shape of any pro when guest posing, very impressive.

Gustavo Badell was the worst I have seen in years as a guest poser. He was white as a sheet, smooth as a babies butt and forget to take off his socks when he posed , I am serious.

Darrem Charles and Melvin Anthony are in decent shape when they do guest spots and wow, what routines they do.They both do a real show.

Branch Warren is great with the audiance and is very big and freaky in person. I enjoyed him, he is 100% hardcore , all the way mass freak.

Kai Green never gets too out of shape and may be do the best routines of any pro. His posing reminds me of a Broadway production, it is THAT good.

Most of the others like Victor M will be cool to meet and decent guys but will most likely be pretty smooth and not do much of a routine. Ronnie was NOT a good guest poser and I saw him many times over the years.

LOL, I have been to a few and actually am a yearly ticket subscriber to the ATlanta symphony and Holley Theatre in N Ga. I am into poltics, the theatre and the symphony, my wife's booty and have no interest in most pro team sports ( except hockey), only college football, track and of course bodybuilding.

Ok maybe his routines are NOT really Broadway standard, but his movements and tempo are very rare for a pro bodybuilder. He is quite a showman.
