Sup guys, i just finished my Diet for the MrGetBig and am looking to get back onto some Creatine. My normal postworkout shake consists of Protein
Powder/Dextrose/Glutamine, but is it a good idea or even detrimental to mix in some Creatine with that? Oh I imagine i should also take some Creatine 30min or so before I workout with some Detrose 20 min after that?! How does this sound to people or any other advice???
Any tips on how to add this stuff into your eating shedual?
Oh and Princess L I know you hate the Creatine topic but I did try and find some answers and nothing really gave me what I wanted
