Alex, what happened to the comp you were getting ready for (can't remember what it was).

let me guess, you got half way through the diet and realised you were 'all fat' and got back to some serious comfort eating? ;D

I herniated a disk (S1).

I was cruising pretty heavy (high 230's) and got under 10% pretty fast.
