I dont understanf the point why a guy that has the competition in his blood has to retired...
What do the people mean??? it is his decision, what does he have to do, buy a house in Tenesee ,sit on a chair and forget about what he loves???

Come on bros, look at the boxers, they lose an fight and then they come and they lose again, then they get retired and tehn they anaunce another fight and they win, what is the difference??? our sport is the same like others.

OPEN A VITAMIN-SUPLEMENT STORE
Hi guys, what do you think about a vitamin suplements store business, i know some of you guys owns stores so i am thinking in open a store with my wife and slow down with the personal training to just 10 clients.

What is the monthly income of this business, i dont have any clue???
I know is a good business bc i salling a lot of MHP products in Florida to the stores and i know the whole sale prices of the other brands, distributors etc...

We just want to own our own business and open and close at the regular hours, personal training demands to many hours and i cant rest, i weak up at 4:30am and i get home at 8 pm, first client at 6 am, running in my car to the other gym, then my own workouts, cardio, other clients, no life bros.

I think GH15 is a fortune teller as he can take one look at anyones photo and tell you exactly what type of drugs he`s using in the exact amounts and when he took his last shot.............total bullshit.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TAKE SUST IF ONLY USING 500MG  PER WEEK. INJECT IT ALL ON MONDAY OR SPLIT IT UP?


1. sticking to a good diet
2. not masturbating (makes me tired and unmotivated)
3. doing all my homework on time so i'm not rushing to get it done last minute
4. getting the courage to talk to girls i want to bang.
