Cutting.

I've started doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, as that seems to be the most common way of doing it. Anyway, i was wondering what you reccomend on taking before/after the cardio. I've heard of having like a coffee or some source of caffeine before, anything else you can do/take? I don't really wanna go buy some supplement fat burner, but if they work then ill look into it.
No doubt about it...

I suggest take ~20g bcaa before it, and have a solid meal after it.

what i do in the morning is mix some instant coffee grainals in with my morning protein shake, or an energy drink just for pick me up
