 to me ORAZIO was much better in NORWAY show then in his last show!! but to be honoest his Stomach was the Biggest i ever seen in bodybuilding and i though he was sick or something when i saw him back stage!! very bloated stomach. his legs was alright but calf is senthol as well the shoulders... so in one word he is MISSED UP ok its 2 words... but lets see NEXT year if he is going to take part IF i am not back to IFBB we will meet again..

Mostly Hi intensity “Dorian Style” for most of the body parts … for shoulders we go anywhere from 9-11 exercises “3 sets each”

We incorporate super sets, giant sets  and drop sets … it all depends on which muscle group at which stage and what we are trying to do … put size or get shredded …

These disunions are made on individual bases and phases so what I mentioned is what we do in a nutshell
