"Since this is a "teen" site, I will address this to teens. I am going to say STAY AWAY FROM ANDRO. I don't really think teens need to be supplementing anything but protein until they are AT LEAST 16. I made the mistake and may look great, but at the cost of what? My doctor says I will probably have a heart attack by the time I am 40. And if I really do, I will look back and say, was it worth it to start supplementing 5 years early? Don't be put in the position to ask yourself the same question."
