So Joe, did this man not once say all users of illegal drugs (or legal drugs without prescriptions) should be sent to jail? He he not also have an addiction to illegally acquired opiates?
Yes he did say that, can't remember right now but, he was accused of Doctor shopping, the liberal prosecute of that district put out a witch hunt against him (obviously, because they haven't done it to anyone else of his stature with regards to liberals). He went to court, faced what he had to face, admitted on his program he was addicted, more than what you can say about anyone on the left and paid his fines. I believe the prosecutor of that state was repremanded for divulging confidential info to the public.
Besides, what's your point Matt? They went after the most powerful conservative CIVILIAN to try to silence him........don't you get it?? Lets face it Matt, Rush has the power to sway votes and pretty much make a mockery (as if they didn't need any help) of the entire Democratic party and thats pretty much the reason why he's hated. Ha, how many CIVILIANS are singled out on the senate floor about what he says on a radio show, all they're trying to do is silence conservative talk radio, especially Rush because he absolutly kills them!!
