My boy jumped on test  and noticed a pea size lump under his nipple after 2 weeks in. he says it goes away when he comes off. it doesn't itch nor does it hurt, only when you squeeze it hurts a little . is it gyno? what could this be?

It will Prolly get worse w/ androgen in future. 2 weeks is about the worst time.
Letro may get rid of it if taken early.

He,ll have to use Nolva, Letro Adex etc in the future.
Its possible to get a feel for it and not use at start of cycle.
The fact he didnt feel or notice it makes me think he'd be better off ALLways on Nolva or Letro etc
during cycles and at least a couple weeks after. I also believe in tappering off to avoid rebound.

Lump is a lump. Mine did not hurt or itch either but was there. I took Letro @ 2.5 mg day for 2 weeks, then tapered down. Lump gone...shit works!!

most of those ai's and anti e's don't stop gyno that well, you should just get it removed and not have to worry about getting it ever again.

I have heard of that. ALso, Shape of the chest from surgery can be worse than  a little
swelling.

Agreed but some people might not be able to afford surgery yet. A bottle of Letro is a bit cheaper than surgery.

I would research the shit out of the doc first to make sure he knows what he is doing.

isnt there supposed to be slightly denser tissue underneath the nipple?  i dont have any gyno but if i press down and move my finger around i can feel something denser than muscle tissue

Is it the gland that swells up or does gyno involve other tissue as well?  Just curious how big the gland is.

sometimes gland is intertwinded with fat, your doc whomever you choose hopefully someone well known will take the gland out so it will not come back, blau is very well known and if you have financial probs is cuts a break sometime.

What he said is right. If I ever have to deal with this, then Dr. B will more then likely be the guy...not many out there as experienced with this as he is. Hopefully it won't ever come to that, but some say it is inevitable if you continue running high doses of test...we'll see.
