Pentagon assures us they've fixed the accounting system so this won't happen again.

And they wonder why crazy conspiracy theorists believe that we're secretly funding/fueling the insurgency to maintain chaos to justify keeping our forces there to keep military spending high and set up pipeline.

The missing money and tons of guns just keep on happening...

Don't forget the $8-9 billion in cash they lost in Iraq under Paul Bremmer's supervision.  That money was never recovered and no one was held accountable for its loss.  :-[
