honestly...do you notice anything from the taurine? and adding in additional l arginin during workout? i have never heard of drinking arginine during workout...so that sounds interesting.. but i have heard and read many things about taurine; and it seems the consensus is that it doesnt really do anything for you. but if you feel a difference then results>science... a also have soem bcaa's during my workout. i think that is the key ingredient for an effective workout actually.
