in terms of what in particular?
i eat whole wheat products every day.. multiple servings.. i love how they fill me up and can be either the taste of my meal or the base with something to be added..
wholegrain cereal
wholegrain bread (make sure this stuff is the real deal)
whole grain oats
all good shit in my opinion and have many health benefits, including cholesterol absorbtion, fasting and fibre ++, minerals and vitamins (cant name off the top of my head), help to reach satiety.. all good stuff!
