Most people think that developing muscle is magical and something super incredible.

Most people don't know why you have to train bodyparts seperately with HIT system, they have no idea why the fuck to do that. They have no idea why fat's won't make you fat, they have no idea, NO IDEA!!!!

So that's why people won't go to the gym, they have no idea what resting is, food is, training is... i mean they look at vin deasel and think he looks good for fuck sake, you can't wonder why these people go to surgery, they don't know what's right.
