National Treasure book of secrets
« on: December 29, 2007, 09:47:47 PM »
saw it yesterday. Not bad, but not as good as the first.  Could have done without the lengthy balance scene and got real annoyed at the pointless Disney entertainment system short movie befor the movie.

Saw it yesterday.  It was okay.  Started slowly, but second half was entertaining.  I wasn't expecting much.  My kids liked it.

I have the first one on my computer.  I really like it.  The second was okay but they did a lot that was in the first movie too.  I jsut watched the last Die Hard movie last night and also Mr Magorium Wonder Emporium.  That moviesister.com site is awesome.

So is the second National Treasure a proper sequel (like a follow-on story) or is it a completely new story unrelated to the first?

Me personally I don't mind because I've seen the first one but my missus hasn't and I was going to take her to see it.

It's a new storyline.  It's ok to waste a few hours with but don't expect an awesome movie.
