There is no salery cap in baseball. The pats cant spend a nickel more then any other team. People just hate them because they win. I think people hate the Yankees because they win, and because they outspend other teams by huge margins.

I know the red sox are doing it to these days. That said the yanks still outspend the sox by tens of millions. I get your point though.

You know, they are not like the Cowboys were in the 1990's, always trash talking and arrogant.  What you've listed here really isn't that big of a deal, they seem nit picky at best as a reason not to like a team or hate it.

Bill Belichick is a true patriot. That might pass as a excuse for secretly recording opposing team's signals because you do anything possible to be the winner in a war, which is what the sport of pro football in the NFL is close to being.

I wasn't trying to imply that you were nit picking.  I was just trying to make a comparison, being that if you take into consideration what the Cowboys were like versus what the Pats are like it seems the reasons you listed are nit picking.   

I think those reasons are dead on and if you think about it, it's hard for any winning team, in that caliber not to be hated in some regard.
