I Press 20 pounds less than my bodyweight for a single.

I've never seen anyone get 10 strict reps with their bodyweight.

My friend can do it.

He is 154lbs but 6 foot tall. Can do it easily and strict.

Doing a handstand and press your bodyweight for reps while having a good friend putting a barbell with additionall weights on the bottom of your feet that you will balance at the same time. This would be good. Everything else is just OK.

I'm 215 and use 175 for sets of 6-8 and that's really difficult for me..I'm an above average lifter in comparison to most..I also use a very strict form..no drive out of the legs at all

That's about where I'm at as well. Maybe a little less. I just started doing them a few weeks ago. They blast the hell out of my delts seemingly way more than dumbbell press'.

neither did i.  the best i did was to clean 225 from the floor into a sitting position and press it for a double.  i am 220, btw.

In the old days some of us did Olympic lifting. I did that at UBC and got my big block letter for it. My best in the gym weighing about 220 pounds was 270 clean and press. Never tried any more. I could easily clean and press 225 cold for 6 reps. That was in 1975. I still hold the standing press record in my gym. The next best was 230 pounds.
