For those of you who don't know IslandGirl, she's a Hawaiian native (did I spell that right?) with a kick-ass physique and a great attitude!
I'm on the road right now, but when I get back home, I'm gonna dig up some pics of you for this thread.

IG and her hubby also offer personal training and contest prep services for those who may be interested...wanna give us some more info?

Thanks much STella. I did Figure so I had to hold back on conditioning....but I totally appreciate that comment. That is the kind of look I like to bring to the stage.

You know how long I have been wishing for you and Paradisecup to come on this board?!!

I cant wait for Cam to come on here!! I hope he does!

For those on here who are looking for awesome nutrionists and for people to help with your contest prep, look no further! Tracy and her husband, Cameron, are the people that helped me get back into shape! They have my utmost respect and gratitude! Without them, I wouldnt have gotten this far.

They also helped me with my first bodybuilding contest which I won 2 classes at and fought for the overalll. I plan to take the overall one day

I am also thrilled that Tracy has decided to switch back to BB and will be competing as a LW at the USAs this year!!

You did so awesome at your show! We're all very proud of all that you have accomplished! Take someone special to do what you did. Props to you big guy!

Any plans of shows yet? You can still do the state show!!! Think about it!

And yup. You read what Lori wrote? I'm going back to BB'ing and doing the USA's in July. Big B and Jackie are coming to watch. Take a vacay in Vegas if you can! July 25-26! And I'll be a FW.(featherweight. HA!)
