Obama taking VA
« on: February 12, 2008, 05:16:38 PM »

They've called VA for Obama - will that have any impact on the outcome in MD where polls are open an extra 90 minutes?  Could Hillary pick up an added delegate as a result?

He mopped the floor up with Senator Clinton!  If he wins Texas and Ohio, it's over!  Light's out, Mrs. Clinton!

Yep.  And all this time I've been saying Hillary would be the nominee.  I might have underestimated Obama's rock star status.   :-\

He's getting a free pass right now with the rock star status, but the honeymoon will be over when both candidates from both parties begin debating for the general election.

I hope you're right.  I can't believe he has skated through most of the primary without having to come up with much substance.

Yep, and a vote for any of the top 3 candidates will likely take us even further south.

LOL!!!!  I don't like the choices, man!  At least the way they're shaping up right now.

I love my country, bro.  I wasn't a Clinton fan, but I had his back because he was my president.  Wish others who have differing opinions from my own would do the same.

I've been underestimating him too.

Thought Hillary was gonna grab the Democratic nomination for certain. :o

Wouldn't surprise me at all to see him get the kind of hype that "Ron Paul" received from the Internet "revolution generation". ::)

The reason obama has done so well - and RP has done so poorly - is that the independents chose to go with Obama.

When the Ron paul group decides that Obama is the lesser evil and put their resources into him beaint McCain, watch out.

Yep.  I think he just might pull this off.

His hype dwarfs Ron Paul, because people have actually been going to the polls to vote for Obama.  Paul was also hurt by the fact so many conspiracy theory nuts supported him.  That had to hurt the legitimacy of his candidacy.

We might be looking at President Obama.  Taxpayers better get ready to get violated.   :-\
