calories weight is around245-250 not ripped but not fat. i feel strong but dont feel like liftin, meaning if i had to do some heavy squatin i could do it but would require eating 10 bucks worth of food to compensate. so im eatin real high calories 1 gallon of whole milk tons of peanutbutter cracker packs about 5 today. had 5 butter biscuits from buiscutville, some of these coconut pies and other things seem not to be going to fat and it doesnt really seem to be going in my muscles either. i know in part that the chronic during the day is bad for my nervous system but its hard as HELL to get through these workdays out of boredom sanding and cleaning living room floors bathrooms and kitchens and painting them can get mad boring without a weed buzz.. the good side is my weight is high and feel my strongest... my muscles feel tight but tired . i dont know whats going on falcons

60% protein/ 30% carbs / 10% fats.
workout with 10-12 reps over 6-10 sets.

i know you're not the brightest kid in camp, which is why you clean bathrooms, but surely to god you must have realised this by now- people do it because it works.
