Thanks Medford. I don't think this deserves a sticky though...I think that your training log should be stickied instead. Who's with me??
I think it does deserve a sticky A proper 235lb bench by you Rip is a milestone. You just benched more weight properly then 70% of this forum. Aside from that, it is an amazing ddisplay of peopwer on your part. I am very proud of you!
LOL thanks PB! I appreciate it...but I think we should be celebrating medford's ongoing accomplishments and her motivation to keep improving herself. I can't wait to see the updated pics! Once she posts them, I think she and I will have a "sticky war" with her training log.
I really doubt I could bench 235 (107kg) if I was her weight.
Wow great job Rip. What BW did you do it at? What kind of shirt (if any) did you use? Congrats, great lift.
Thanks Panda! Without revealing the details of my body weight, we'll just say I was somewhere in the 132-148 weight class. I used a Titan F6...first time I have ever used a shirt. There is a video clip posted in the "good luck" thread below.
all i know is i better get my ass in gear....you are catching me......that would be embarassing....a woman a third my size out benching me.....ugh
How much you weigh bro? From your pic you look as solid as a tank. Easily have the look of a 350+ bencher.
separated right shoulder at least 10-15 times.....including once about 10 days ago.everytime i try to get 270 i put it out, so i stopped trying to go heavier. i can incline and decline more then i can flat.
I hear ya on the shoulder problem. What's the most you've ever benched? Honestly you look like you could get 350 EASY-cheesy, probably 400.
