Found out a guy I know who is usually "ON" had a heart attack. Guy is in his early 30's.

He survived, the guy doesn't have a huge amount of mass but was strong as fuck and totally shredded, veiny as hell.

Some people just are not cut out for gear use. I've been on and off for 30 years without even a pimple as a side effect, not saying that was the cause of this guy heart attack...just saying nor advocating!

Good for him for surviving it.  He's probably going to be on meds for a long time and will not be taking gear anymore.

I know a 28 year old girl who died of heart failure in her sleep this month.  I just found out today.  She was having some pains and they were doing tests.  Doctor gave her a new medicine to try and she went to sleep that night and never woke up.  Her case wasn't normal, she had cardiac issues.  But it's freaky.  I'm talking to her a few weeks ago, she mentions that her doc can't isolate the problem with the tests they've done.  Then she's just not here anymore.

That's sad.  Probably from some congenital birth defect or something.  A lot of heart "problems" fall into that category...stuff you can't diagnose until your corpse is on the autopsy table.

Could be genetic, could be lipid disorder from long term use, bp could have gotten out of control. Who knows.

she had been diagnosed with something and they had fixed it before.  But it freaked me out.  I've known people that have died... lost lots of relatives, and seen many in my field (local rock bands) die early from self-abuse.  This girl was just a college girl though.   she was so optimistic about what she'll do after graduation once these tests fix her.  Sad.
