Shit I missed a lot too. Was in time out, plus I had to actually work at work. ::)

The G&O has suddenly filled with noobs like "Lifter4Life" as well as a ton of gimmicks and freaks.

Ron must be out of town or some shit, The main board is apparently not being moderated anymore.

It was a time to be serious. Even stopped watching porn and cut back on working out. Went from a jolly, healthy feeling 208 to tiny tit territory  of 189. Back in the gym tomorrow.

Everything is great at home. There were just other things that really needed my attention. Good things, but hanging out here and busting balls couldn't be done. You know I can get carried away fucking with the tender ego's.
