Herring defeated Kongo via split decision

Chris Leben — $50,000 ( $25,000 to show, $25,000 to win)
Alessio Sakara — $17,000
Leben defeated Sakara via technical knockout (strikes) in round one

jesus are some people getting screwed here...

herring get paid as much as anderson silva... arlovski got paid 170 000 with loser o'brien getting 11 000 that must be the biggest difference in ufc history in a fight... and koscheck only getting paid 10 grand to show, but luke cummo gets paid 16 000 ?! and hazelett who he faced got paid more, 12 000 to show?

gurgel a ufc veteran thats been on 4 cards with 3 wins outta those 4 gets paid less than bielkheden who has his debut?

It's the last fight on his contract, he used to be a main even fighter.

Aren't you the one always wanting KO's???? Why wouldn't this have been a good fight to televise. He finished the fight...

He's a major fan favourite though!! People want to see him fight, and he won by second round tko he can't help it got stopped short, thats on the ref.
