Help test.e homebrew for Dummie?

since I have no luck with inexpensive HG gear, I think switch to homebrew.
But I never made kitchen-think gear before, so here is some Qs

both are test.e guido and seems one are put powder ba bb usp oil into large beaker then heat it, other are put powder ba bb into beaker then heat it then put usp oil then heat again.

Which is right? or shouldnt be matter??

It's best to learn this from someone in person. There are too many things you can fuck up. Just my .02

Unfortunately, we have not chemist around here.

I wonder How USA university dudes make own juice so easy.

Maybe trial and error are best things we do. hope we'll not develop huge abscess lol

speaking hypothetically of course if a person were so inclined to obtain these 'powders' where would they go?
