i actually drink raw eggs every morning.  it's just easier to get down more eggs if i drink them.  i've eaten so many they taste bad no matter how i eat them, so i might as well be able to get them down as fast a possible.

Please stop whining, I just ate my raw chicken lunch and have already consume 7 raw eggs today.  I do as many as 24 a day.  Tonight will be more raw chicken-organs, bones, and muscle meat.

The other problem is absorbtion. Aviden binds with the biotin in the stomach, decreasing the absortion of biotin. This is a problem as HCI is needed for proper biotin production in the body. Biotin is useful for all kinds of disorders like diabetes, nervous disorders, hair and nails, etc.

Arnold drank raw eggs everyday and never caught salmonella because it hadn't been discovered yet :)
