looks like the only thing missing is delts, they're not bad but not great either, what does the back look like? the upper body isn't as weak as some people are making it sound, the chest is thick, arms are pretty big and the traps look decent just needs more delt size, legs are FREAKY.

I also consider James to be a good friend and I hope the best for him in every contest he enters. This is one hell of a good man who will take the time to talk to anyone who is genuinely interested in bodybuilding or any other subject matter that he may be interested in.

James comes from a basic coal mining family in a British coal mining town. He started his own business raising "racing pigeons" (carrier pigeons???) in an effort to stay out of the mines and was recently a home mover transporting heavy furniture up and down numerous flights of stairs. He might tell you that that is how his legs initially began to develop.

Give him a hearty handshake the next time you run into him and I can guarantee you that you'll have a new friend for a lifetime, providing he has the time to talk to you. During a recent Expo, the fans were lined up a long way back and under those circumstances it's difficult to have a decent conversation.

I can personally guarantee you that James is one of the top competitors on the fan appreciation list.

I agree, I think delts are fine but he needs a lot more chest size tho
