in2my 3rd week of sus250 only cycle 500mgs/week,,,,only gonna run this cycle 8weeks,,,? is ,,is it best to run pct

after the cycle  or during,,,going with nolvadex,,,and how much??,,,,cycles going good,,,started at weight 205

however, nolvadex on cycle wouldnt do anything...
except
 alot of guys use nolvadex to ward away possible gyno while on cycle
