There was a post of his in another board, he said he always trained his hams heavy, low rep i think and when he was at home he would always flex his hams for a few minutes everyday and squeeze them.

Heavy training, no more than 6-8 reps, slow negatives, sprinting (if you're not 300lbs like TP was), unilateral training and keep the sets within a good range of your quads; don't do a FLEX workout that's prescribed as Tom Platz's and do 12-15 sets of quads and 3 (THREE!) sets for hams.....balance it out more than that.
