i can clearly see the gains of my sus250only cycle 500mgs/week,,,,,a bud of mine,,wants to start a cycle but

consisting of 1redi ject of sus250  every 2weeks,,,doesnt have much $$,,he asked if 1shot every 2weeks would 

do anything,,,i didnt know how 2answer,,,so thats why im here?? can any strength/mass gains be made??

dude that's less than a replacement dose for one week, let alone two.  you also have to consider that sustanon has a few esters, some of which have short half-lives.  meaning that there definitely wouldn't be enough active ingredient long enough to be effective at that dose.  all this would do for him would be to shut him down unless he is some genetic anomaly.  you've said that he doesn't have enough cash for his cycle, does he even have enough to maintain diet and supplementation?

It could possibly work for him. post his stats, age will play a huge factor in this one. If he's young and natural test is through the roof then it will not be beneficial, however if he is an older gent and his levels are very low 250mg e2w or 125mg ew could work very well.

lol @ silly disagreements.  his gear is coming from a place i know very well.  it will most definitely be underdosed and 250 mgs will not be in each amp.  that being said, refer again to my second comment.  replacement at 100mgs= a shitty replacement/shutdown with little to no benefit.
