dave palumbo diet (keto diet)
6 meals per day. 50 grams protein, 25 grams fat, 0 grams carbs per meal. your allowed 50 grams total carbs for the day, but no 'direct' carbs..only hidden carbs in nuts, and carbs in the one or two cups of green veggies you eat.
sources of protein are no carb, low fat (unless its a wild fish or omega 3 eggs), sources of fat are all monounsaturated or polyunsaturated. evoo and mac nut oil work well, but all natty peanut butter is acceptable.
one 'refeed' meal every week.
