what could i learn from him? sure, i could learn about ifbb politics and who is who and who to suck up to..etc... but diet training drugs? the guys a fucking moron.
wait, let me re phrase, what he says in regards to diet and durgs is always pretty much inaccurate. if he would tell people exactly what he used to do, then id think he was a good source of info. like the fact he used to take 350+mcgs of t3 everyday coupled with 1000mcg+ of clen everyday. yes i said three hundred t3 and one thousand clen. confirmed by nasser in bodybuilding.com interview and also gh15. and his diet was mcdonalds everyday, by his own admission. but when he advises people, he says stupid shit like, "take 12.5mcg t3 to aid in protein synthesis and make sure your eating less than 50grams of carbs everyday."
when he tries to get scientific about drugs or diet, he always sounds like a damn fool. claimng the a zero carb diet increases igf levels and that comensates for a decrease in insulin, claiming that low estroge "decreases androgen recepto sensitivity", claiming that if you go three hours without eaing protein that your in a state of nitrogen loss, claiming that insulin doesnt cause fats to be stored, but only carbs......etc etc.
