I always use Hakuna Matata when i'm trying my 1 rep max squat.

I highly recommend yelling it at loud in the gym for that extra notch.

I had lived in this huge 10,000 sq.ft house on the side of a hill in Hawaii just before I left for the mainland when I got bit.  It had a beautiful landscape lot.  Huge trees and ferns and palms.  After I did my first workout in the morning I would spend about two hours in the pool relaxing.  There was a great stereo system hooked up with outdoor speakers hidden in the greenery.  I would play the Lion King CD loud over the sound system.  I love all the songs on that disk.  It was really relaxing.  I like songs like that.
