WTF kind of exercises are you supposed to do on that thing? 

Looks like a novelty item to me.  Perfect for "fitness clubs" and "wellness centers."

Then they show you 8.

I actually think it looks pretty usefull.  Something I always miss in gyms is a flat bench that is much higher off the ground than the regular one-this one seems to have that, and more!

It looks to me a little dangerous and unstable.  But that is just my opinion based on the photos of the people using it.
